-Strategically plant churches with the goal of them being led by national pastors -Start feeding centers along-side of church plants as a tool to grow the local church by showing Christ's love to these children and their communities -As the lord leads, continue opening new churches and feeding centers -Eventually spread the team in starting youth camps, pregnancy crsis centers, orphan care, and many other methods to grow the local church and spread the gospel
disciple
-With a desire to have our ministry efforts outlast us, develop and grow relationships as Christ raises future Kenyan co-labourers. -Develop discipleship training through God's Word to spiritually equip the Kenyan people to view all of life's problems as a plan and purpose from god. (Romans 8:18)
compassion
-Show the Kenyan people the love and compassion of Christ, by using various methods of outreach -Provide nourishment, christian education, and love for the Kenyan children through the local church and feeding centers -Educate the children to help break the cycle of poverty -Start feeding centers, pregnancy crisis centers, women's counseling, orphan care, and health clinics, youth outreach, etc.

-Laboring together to build Jesus Christ as the foundation upon which nationals can build, using various methods of ministry to engage the surrounding cultures and communities. -Just as believers work together within the local church, the members of Team Kenya are all co-laborers in Christ as a collective unit. -Encourage missions trips and internships to provide opportunities for other believers to serve and to catch a burden for missions and the people of Kenya.
